A Day of Yoga and Mindfulness with Lori Klein
(asana, discussion, meditation, and yoga nidra)
The art of paying attention during yoga asana practice begins on the mat, and then slowly moves into daily life. This workshop will help renew your commitment to practice mindfulness at every opportunity and experience increased gratitude and joyfulness for life’s abundance. Lori will guide you through a warm and flowing morning asana practice inspired by her astanga vinyasa
background. You are invited to bring a packed lunch for a casual discussion on the connection between food and yoga practice followed by a mindful eating meditation. We will explore techniques to making every moment sacred for true peace of mind. The afternoon will finish with yoga nidra
– a relaxing type of guided meditation.
