AMAZING Paleo Coconut Sugar Glazed Ham
This slow-cooker recipe is so simple and delicious. It makes me happy.
Have you discovered US Wellness Meats yet? If not, look around their
site. They have some really good quality meats, including a sugar-free
bacon that is sooooo good.
2-3lb US Wellness Meats sugar-free ham
3/4c coconut sugar
3/4c raw honey
1/4c organic apple juice (nothing added, just apples!)
1 Tbsp ground mustard
Coconut oil, for greasing slow-cooker
Grease slow-cooker. Place ham in slow-cooker (trim if needed for it to
fit). In small bowl combine other ingredients. Pour sugar mixture over
ham, brushing ham completely. Cook on low 2-4 hours, until internal
temperature is 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove ham, slice, and throw
slices back in slow-cooker, set to warm. The slices will continue to
soak up that delicious juice. AMAZING.
