Spinach Smoothie

Basic Paleo Smoothie

This is a basic recipe that you can of course tweak to your liking.
Vary up the fruit, the liquid, add different seasonings, etc.

3c raw spinach
1-2c coconut milk
1c frozen fruit
2 Tbsp raw honey
2 tsp cinnamon, ginger or other
2 Tbsp powdered gelatin

Blend in blender or food processor. Tweak as needed. Use for smoothies
and/or Popsicles.
