Paleo Meals for a Day: Week 3

It’s a lazy week. Do you ever have those? I’m half exhausted, and half
just feeling lazy. Xavier is up all hours of the night teething and
continuously flipping himself into his back and crying – loudly –
because he can’t figure out how to get back onto his belly to sleep.
Poor little guy.

Anyway, in my laziness, this installment of Meals for a Day is
certainly not earth-shattering, but hopefully it will still give you
some ideas or inspiration, especially if you’re feeling less lazy than
me.

Breakfast: Eggs cooked in bacon grease, steamed asparagus, sliced
mango. Paleo Lemon-Ginger Tea

Slow-cooker Meal: Paleo Chicken Fajita in a Bowl

Dinner: hamburger with seasonings, cooked in bacon grease, served with
spinach/kale sautéed with onions and garlic. Simple but yummy.

Dessert: PALEO FUDGE!

Snacks: Fresh local strawberries, carrots, snap peas…dried fruit,
nuts, paleo maple candied nuts
Go Raw Supercookies.
