Join Danielle for 6 weeks of Yogalates Dance – the body, mind, spirit workout blending yoga, pilates, and dance. Build strength and flexibility, generate heat and open your energy centers in mindful movement influenced by vinyasa yoga, pilates and ballet/barre. Classes consist of clear, guided instruction, music variety, and a contemporary approach to theory and philosophy. All bodies welcome and no experience necessary.
Danielle is a Yoga Alliance certified vinyasa yoga teacher and coach with education and experience in teaching, dance, fine arts, and counseling. Danielle assists individuals through a process of transformation and physical fitness by utilizing creative modalities of movement and instruction through a unique blend of yoga, dance, and pilates. Her teaching style provides a fun yet challenging environment meeting each individual where they are at with detailed descriptions focusing on anatomy, breath and developing core strength.
